Studio Regulations
Please read our rules carefully before scheduling a tattoo session.
1. Booking and Deposit
To book a session, a deposit must be paid, which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit is counted towards the total cost of the tattoo. Rescheduling or cancellation of a session is possible only with advance notice, but the deposit is not refunded.
2. Documentation and Restrictions
Before starting the tattoo procedure, each client signs the relevant documents: a health questionnaire and consent to the procedure. The studio does not perform tattoos on pregnant women.
3. Copyright and Design Changes
The studio retains copyright to all completed projects, photos, and videos of tattoos. If the client makes changes to the project more than three times, additional fees are charged for extra corrections. Tattoo touch-ups are paid services, with costs determined individually based on the scope and complexity of the work.
4. Sterility and Safety
All tools and materials in the studio are sterile, and single-use materials are used only once. Masters adhere to sanitary and hygienic standards and safety regulations established by Polish law.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for following the studio's recommendations and rules throughout the entire healing period.
6. Consultation and Right to Refuse
Before booking a session, it is recommended to consult with the artist about the desired design and placement of the tattoo. The studio reserves the right to refuse to perform a tattoo if contraindications, health conditions, or unsafe conditions for the procedure are identified.
7. Aftercare
After completing the session, the artist provides detailed recommendations for tattoo care to ensure proper healing and preservation of line clarity and color saturation.
8. Health Status Notification
The client is responsible for following the studio's rules and the artist's recommendations, as well as for timely notification of any changes in health status that may affect the procedure.
9. Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.
10. Design Delivery
The studio does not send the design to the client in advance, only on the day of the session.
